If you’re having trouble applying with us, here are some tips that may help:
- Clear the cache and cookies on your internet browser by pressing the Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys on your keyboard.
- Try using a different internet browser. Many of our customers find it easier to use Google Chrome.
- If you’ve had trouble using a mobile device, use a desktop computer.
- Manually type numbers like your Social Security number, phone number, or account number to make sure they’re entered correctly.
- Make sure no fields are automatically filled in.
- If you’re copying and pasting your password, double-check it. Sometimes copying and pasting adds an extra space.
