If you’re having trouble applying with us, here are some tips that may help:
- Clear the cache and cookies on your internet browser by pressing the Ctrl+Shift+Delete keys on your keyboard.
- Try using a different internet browser. Many of our customers find it easier to use Google Chrome.
- Use a desktop computer if you’ve had trouble using a mobile device.
- Manually type numbers like your Social Security number, phone number, or account number to make sure they’re entered correctly.
- Make sure no fields are automatically filled in.
- Double-check your password if you’re copying and pasting it. Sometimes copying and pasting adds an extra space.
