- Please provide a valid email address so we can communicate with you. You'll also use this email address to log in to your LendingClub account. We'll ask you to verify your email address after you've completed the application.
Note: If you previously applied for a personal loan through LendingClub, you will have to apply for a business loan using a different email address.
Quick tip: If you have a Gmail address, you can simply append a suffix to it using "+" and this will be viewed as a new email address. For example, if your Gmail address was firstname.lastname@example.org, you can alter it to email@example.com. Messages sent to your altered email address will still appear in your original Gmail inbox.

Gross sales last year: How much revenue did your business make last year? This is typically Line 1 from your business tax form Schedule C (form 1040).
Net profit last year (before taxes): How much profit did your business make last year? You can use your business tax form Schedule C to calculate this as well. The net profit or loss calculation is gross income minus expenses. This is typically Line 31 from your business tax form Schedule C (form 1040).
Average business bank balance: How much cash do you typically have in your business bank account? Enter your average business bank balance over the past three months.
Personal annual income: Use this field for any income you have outside of your business. Like if you have an external job or part-time work separate from your small business.
Your ownership of business: How much of the business do you own?
Commercial real estate loans: Did you purchase your office location and have to make mortgage payments? If so, put your monthly payment amount towards this expense here.
Rent or lease for business location: Do you have an office location where you have to pay rent? If so, put your monthly rent amount here.
Equipment and vehicle leases: Do you lease any equipment or vehicles to run your business? If so, put your monthly payment amount here.
Business lines and loans: Do you have any other outstanding business debt? (Do not include any existing LendingClub business loans you have.) If so, put your monthly payment amount here.
