Signing up for automatic payments is the easiest way to ensure that we receive your loan payment on time. When you make payments automatically from your bank account, you won’t pay a late fee as long as you have sufficient funds in your bank account to cover your payment.

We must receive your check by 11:30am PT (12:30pm MT, as stated in your loan agreement) to process your payment on the same day. If we receive your check later than 11:30am PT, we can’t process it until the next business day.
One-time ACH payments by phone
If you call us to set up a one-time ACH payment, we can process your payment the following business day if we receive your request before 2:00pm PT. If we receive your ACH request after 2:00pm PT, we won’t be able to process your payment until two business days later. For example:
- If you call us on Monday at 10:00am PT to request a one-time ACH payment, then we’ll process your payment on Tuesday.
- If you call us on Monday at 3:00pm PT to request a one-time ACH payment, then we’ll process your payment on Wednesday.
