Signing up for automatic payments is the easiest way to ensure we receive your loan payment on time. When you make payments automatically from your bank account, you won’t pay a late fee as long as you have sufficient funds in your bank account to cover your payment.
Some banks place a hold on the funds one business day earlier, so we recommend having the funds in your account by then.

We must receive your check by 11:30 a.m. PT (12:30 p.m. MT, as stated in your loan agreement) on a business day to process your payment on the same day. If we receive your check later than 11:30 a.m. PT on a business day, we can’t process it until the next business day.
One-time ACH payments by phone
If you call us to set up a one-time ACH payment, we can process your payment the following business day if we receive your request before 2 p.m. PT. If we receive your ACH request after 2 p.m. PT, we won’t be able to process your payment until two business days later. For example:
- If you call us on Monday at 10 a.m. PT to request a one-time ACH payment, then we’ll process your payment on Tuesday.
- If you call us on Monday at 3 p.m. PT to request a one-time ACH payment, then we’ll process your payment on Wednesday.
