If you're requesting by mail, be sure to complete and send the Annual Credit Report Request Form.
If you've had an application for credit declined, you will have received an Adverse Action notice from the lender. You can get a free copy of your credit report from the agency the lender used to evaluate your application. You can request it within 60 days from the Adverse Action's date. If your application with us is denied, your Adverse Action notice will include contact information to get a copy of your credit report.
