Once your loan is approved and backed by investors, your loan funds are deposited into your bank account. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Your origination fee is deducted from your loan, so you’ll receive the amount you applied for, minus the origination fee.
- We charge interest beginning on the day the loan is issued. If your bank takes a few days to deliver the funds to your account, you will still owe interest beginning on the day the loan is issued.
- Your first payment is due 30 days after your loan is issued, even if your bank takes a few extra days to deliver the funds to your account.
- If you have a Direct Pay loan, a portion of the loan goes directly to your creditors, and the rest is electronically deposited into your bank account.
